I am very flexible with the different types of event catering I can offer. There are some examples below but I love being creative and am always keen to come up with bespoke menus whichever special event you have coming up.
Shoot / Location Catering
If you’re after catering for your shoot in and around Brighton I can deliver a healthy & fresh breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks straight to your location. Ingredients sourced from local producers & delivered with minimal packaging. Menus change with the seasons but you can view a sample here.
Dinner Party Catering
Planning a dinner party or coming to Brighton for a mini break & don’t want be stuck in the kitchen? I can do all the shopping, set up, cook & clear away so you can relax & enjoy your time with your friends & family.
Wedding Buffet
If you’re planning a wedding & are after a relaxed meal that will suit everyones taste I can provide a vibrant hot & cold buffet spread. Made with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally to suit any budget. Sample menu here
Hen Party Catering
If you’re travelling to (or around) Brighton for a Hen Party & are renting your own accommodation why not take the hassle out of choosing where to eat out and have a chef come to your house instead. As all my menus are bespoke, I can come up with the perfect menu to suit your tastes and budget. I’ll set up, cook, clear down & wash up leaving you plenty of time to spend with your friends. Or, how about a cooked breakfast the morning after? Healthy, wholesome & restorative. Bloody Mary’s optional!
Pre Prepared BBQ
If you’re planning a BBQ this summer whether on the beach or at your house I can provide a selection of colourful, healthy salads, pre-marinated meats, fish & vegetables (& all the accompaniments) so all you have to do is cook & enjoy the sunshine.
