“Ivana is an amazing chef and has a real understanding of flavours which is why she was the first, and only, choice to make our wedding cakes. We wanted a variety of cakes that were flavoured and decorated naturally. Ivana completely understood this and made us ten stunning cakes which looked beautiful together. From vegan pear and toffee (with whole pears) and sour cream and blueberry, to a two-tiered raspberry buttercream sponge for cutting. The cakes were decorated with fresh fruits and herbs and even flowers from her own garden. They were all absolutely delicious. I’m still quite amazed at how she made so many different cakes in such a short amount of time, on such a hot day too. I think she’s actually a witch 😉 “
